Where the NBA's youngest and flyest bloggers happen...Eboy this is for you.
Good video, RV. Nice to see you drop back here. This Yao bit is hilarious: http://www.theonion.com/content/news/yao_ming
Serious committment.I remember being on crutches for a few months, my arms (delts and tri's especially) just got massive. Cut too. His shoulders would be getting a heck of a work out from that repetition. Lactic acid!Cheers RV, good little post :)The blog still won't let me embed videos though. Any reason why? How do I do that?
When you are looking at a YouTube video, there is an option on the right that says "embed". Click on the little wheel to the right of it, choose the size, click the wheel again and then copy and paste the HTML code and just put it right into the post.
Get well soon big fella!
Yao is awesome. No wonder he has the shooting touch of a 2 guard matched with the body and skillset of a true center. 100 shots from a chair? That's too cool. Props on the video. LET'S GO ROCKETS
It's too bad about T-Mac and Yao just suffering injury after injury. The Rockets will be a team in rebuilding mode next summer. Look for them to try and dump McGrady and grab one of the big 2010 free-agents. I have always had much respect/love for Yao. He carries the whole nation of China on his shoulders and I almost feel like he had this video filmed to show them (China) that he has not given up. As I write this post, I have just heard he is definitely out for all of 2009-10. SUCKS.
