Just a joke coming out of that Iverson & Vick strip club news post on SLAM, that AllenP confirmed as 100% false. Who comes up with these stories and how much would anyone really care if it was really true? These aren't the Pacman files & those clubs are only illegal to your wife or girlfriend. And then in the Married w Children rerun that was on yesterday, they took their wives to a strip club.

"Foreign" generally means someone who is trying to communicate in a language that isn't their native/first learnt or is in a different country to their native one.
So, If I was French, everyone who doesn't speak French fluently enough to hold a conversation is coined 'foreign'.
